The Telethon Adventurers and Telethon

We approached Kirsty to furnish and theme the VIP Telethon Adventurers Marquee at the Citigold Polo in the Valley 2014. The Annual event is an important fundraiser for the Adventurers and Telethon and a great opportunity to raise our profile and invite many of the Channel 7 Stars to join us to create a real VIP atmosphere.
The look of the marquee was extremely important to portray the VIP and luxurious feel that guests want to enjoy when attending an event such as this.
From our first meeting Kirsty was confident, prepared and open to feedback and ideas whilst taking into account our budget restraints. She immediately understood the kind of feel that we needed to create and presented a floor plan with the information as a comprehensive initial proposal.
Throughout the entire event coordination as variables changed Kirsty was able to roll with the punches un-phased not afraid to make strong recommendations that would be of benefit to the space and overall event. At creative meetings with other stakeholders Kirsty was able to guide with ease to ensure that all parties and elements complimented each other, the execution of the event set up was seamless and that communication flowed with all parties in the lead up to the event.
At event bump in Kirsty called on her team to assist, they were focused, professional and friendly and again made any changes on the day that were required with ease, always with a view to improving the finished product.
On event day the venue was checked, detailed and ready to go in good time with the finish look being exactly what was aimed for.
Kirsty’s attention to detail, dedication, professionalism and personality made the coordination of this event extremely enjoyable and we can’t wait to work with her and the team again!
Did we mention amidst all of this she had her first baby! INCREDIBLE!

A Night for the Angels Gala Dinner

A Night for the Angels owes Opulence Event Management a great deal of gratitude for their help with our Gala Dinner. The event went off with a bang and as guests entered the room they were totally wowed with what they saw. What Kirsty and her team were able to pull off was incredible.
